All very good. I was a little surprised to see that the Wessex Cardiology office has been relocated away from its previously very convenient (for me) loctation next door to the echocardiogram room. I rate Wessex Cardiology and its team as 'first class'.
The appointment was efficient and friendly and my options well explained.
Easy to park, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Kirsty who completed my ECG and Echocardiogram was very kind and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Flett, listened carefully to my symptoms and also explained what my test results meant to me. He explained our next steps to establish what action needs to be taken to manage my symptoms. My overall experience was very positive.
Dr John Rawlins was helpful and clearly explained everything to my wife & I.
Excellent advice and reassurance. I don’t feel rushed and felt I had the cardiologist’s full attention at all times.
Good welcome from receptionists and Consultant had a very approachable manner and explained things well.
